OUR STARTING POINTS

Your experience matters.

Curiosity opens doors.

Protection makes sense.

Go at a human pace.

Make room for feeling.

Stay open to surprise.

Claire is a somatic psychedelic facilitator and breathwork teacher working with adults who want to explore new possibilities in their healing. Her work includes individual somatic exploration, breathwork, and psychedelic preparation and integration.

Her interest grew out of years of living with complex PTSD, seeking support, and gradually feeling better. Different approaches helped different parts of the process. MDMA opened a particular part of the trauma work with a speed and depth that challenged what she thought was possible.

She had already spent years studying trauma, altered states, and consciousness through books, research, and her own experience. MDMA was a significant recent chapter. The calm, presence, and sense of being herself she experienced sent her back to the books with new questions.

She knows how much trauma can narrow a life, and how profound it can feel when something begins to move. That is the thread connecting her writing and her work with people. She wants others to understand the possibilities and the risks, and to find support that takes their experience seriously. Her perspective draws on psychology studies, residential behavioral health experience, somatic training, and her own continuing process of learning.

In sessions, Claire listens closely, asks rather than assumes, and makes room for what someone is actually experiencing. Conversation can sit alongside breathwork or attention to sensation, emotion, and movement. The direction emerges together, with respect for what you are ready to explore.

WORKING WITH CLAIRE

We begin with where you are.

Working with Claire begins with a conversation about what brings you here and what you would find useful. That might be a question about an experience you are considering, something you are still trying to understand from a previous one, or a familiar pattern you want to approach differently.

She asks before introducing an exercise and checks how it is landing. You can choose what to share, ask questions, or change direction. She adjusts in response to what you tell her and what you notice together.

An experience can change how you see yourself and still leave you with questions. Together, you can consider what felt meaningful, what remains unsettled, and what deserves attention in everyday life.

Claire’s services are nonclinical education, breathwork, and integration support; they do not include psychotherapy, medical treatment, or supplying or administering psychedelics.
